Dr Patrick Ao is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Ao completed his undergraduate medical education at the University of Newcastle in 2001. Demonstrating a deep commitment to medical science, he undertook extensive research in collaboration with Vascular Surgeons, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine from the University of Sydney. He subsequently completed his postgraduate training in general practice and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2005.

Throughout his career, Dr Ao has developed a significant clinical interest in skin cancer detection, diagnosis, and management. To support this focus, he has completed advanced training to qualify as a specialised Skin Cancer Physician. He offers comprehensive skin checks and is highly skilled in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cryotherapy, biopsies, and surgical excisions, helping patients manage and prevent skin malignancies effectively.
