Dr Millie Leykin

Dr Millie Leykin is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages. Dr Leykin believes in fostering strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported and reassured throughout their healthcare journey. Dr Leykin obtained her medical degree from a medical school in Moscow, where she initially gained valuable experience working as an Emergency Department Doctor in one of the city's largest hospitals. Upon relocating to Australia, she successfully completed the rigorous medical examination and validation process required to practise medicine locally. She then gained extensive clinical experience working across major metropolitan and regional hospitals in Victoria. Dr Leykin completed her specialist General Practice training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, further refining her skills in community-based medicine.

In her daily practice, Dr Leykin provides comprehensive care across all aspects of family medicine. She has a particular interest in women's health, child and family health, and the management of chronic diseases. Her clinical skills also extend to performing minor procedures, including the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants as well as the excision of skin lesions. Dr Leykin is passionate about preventative medicine and works collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve optimal health outcomes.
