Dr Milanka Kavic

Dr Milanka Kavic is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a holistic approach to healthcare, she focuses on empowering individuals to achieve sustainable improvements in their health and wellbeing. As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Kavic has a broad range of clinical interests spanning all aspects of family medicine. She is particularly passionate about metabolic health, offering specialised support for patients managing chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. Her clinical expertise also extends to women's health, child health, palliative care, and chronic disease management. Additionally, she performs skin checks, minor procedures, and iron infusions, and provides dedicated follow-up care for patients undergoing bariatric journeys.

Dr Kavic completed her medical training in Western Australia, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH). Prior to her medical career, she graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) and worked as a registered Pharmacist, a background that provides her with a unique and deep understanding of pharmacology and medication management. To further enhance her holistic care, she has also completed additional training in nutritional medicine.
