Dr Milan Kumar

Dr Milan Kumar is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality medical care to individuals and families. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on improving the overall physical, mental, and skin wellbeing of his patients. Dr Kumar believes in fostering strong, trusting relationships with those under his care, ensuring that every patient receives personalised and reassuring medical attention tailored to their unique health needs.

Dr Kumar completed his Doctor of Medicine (MBBS) at the Danylo Halytsky Lviv State Medical University in Ukraine in 2000. Following his initial medical training, he gained valuable clinical experience in India before relocating to the United Kingdom. In the UK, he undertook further training and successfully became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). In 2011, Dr Kumar achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and subsequently relocated to Australia to continue his career in General Practice. To further expand his clinical capabilities, he has also completed a Certificate of Primary Care Dermatology.

Throughout his career, Dr Kumar has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. He is particularly passionate about chronic care management, helping patients navigate long-term health conditions with structured and supportive care plans. His expertise also spans family health, men's health, aged care, and weight reduction management. With his additional training in primary care dermatology, he is well-equipped to assist patients with skin health and the management of skin lesions. Dr Kumar's broad medical knowledge allows him to deliver holistic healthcare that supports patients at every stage of life.
