Dr Michelle Burrows is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Throughout her career, Dr Burrows has developed a diverse range of clinical interests within General Practice. She is particularly passionate about family medicine, preventative health, and women's health, including contraception. Her clinical focus also extends to mental health, endocrine disorders, haematology, and travel medicine, including travel vaccinations. Additionally, she provides expert guidance on holistic lifestyle medicine and nutrition, helping patients make informed decisions to improve their overall well-being.

Dr Burrows completed her medical education at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1983. Her professional journey includes extensive medical service across Queensland, where she gained valuable experience working in various hospitals and General Practice settings. She spent a significant portion of her career serving as a rural General Practitioner on the Atherton Tablelands and has also contributed to the wider medical community through her service on the Board of the Far North Queensland (FNQ) Rural Division of General Practitioners.
