Dr Michelle Breglec

Dr Michelle Breglec is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical focus, she is committed to supporting patients through all stages of life, offering personalised medical consultations, diagnosis, and ongoing health management. Dr Breglec has a particular interest in women's health, encompassing antenatal and postnatal care, fertility assessments, menstrual disorder management, and menopause support, alongside preventive health strategies.

Dr Breglec completed her Bachelor of Science before obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Sydney, graduating in 2004. To further her clinical expertise, she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology at the University of Auckland. She subsequently entered General Practice training and was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2009.

Throughout her career, Dr Breglec has gained extensive experience working across diverse medical environments, including hospitals in Sydney and Auckland, where she focused on internal medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, and psychiatry. Her professional journey has taken her from Sydney to the United Kingdom, where she practised in both the Lake District and Warwickshire, before returning to Australia. In addition to her clinical practice, she is actively involved in medical education, contributing her time to training the next generation of General Practitioners and facilitating health education programmes for secondary school students.
