Dr Michael Robert Unger

Dr Michael Robert Unger is a dedicated and highly qualified General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Unger completed his medical training at the University of Queensland, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Demonstrating a broad range of intellectual interests, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English Literature, as well as a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics. Dr Unger is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. His postgraduate training includes clinical rotations in cardiology and geriatric medicine at major hospitals in New Zealand, which have significantly enriched his clinical expertise.

Throughout his career, Dr Unger has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on cardiovascular health, older persons' health, chronic disease management, and skin conditions. He is also skilled in acupuncture and preventative medicine.
