Dr Michael Izard is a highly respected Consultant Radiation Oncologist who provides compassionate, patient-centred care. Throughout his career, Dr Izard has developed particular expertise in treating breast, prostate, skin, and gastrointestinal cancers. He has a strong clinical interest in brachytherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery, utilising these precise techniques to target tumours while sparing surrounding healthy tissue. In addition to oncology, Dr Izard is highly experienced in using low-dose radiotherapy for non-malignant conditions, such as Dupuytren's contracture, Ledderhose disease, keloid scars, and inflammatory joint conditions like osteoarthritis and bursitis.
