Dr Michael Fahey

Dr Michael Fahey is a highly accomplished Clinical Geneticist and Paediatric Neurologist who is dedicated to diagnosing and managing complex genetic and neurological conditions in children and adults. Dr Fahey completed his medical education at a prominent university in Victoria, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours in 1993. He subsequently undertook extensive specialist training in paediatrics, neurology, and genetics across Melbourne and Sydney, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2004. Committed to advancing medical knowledge, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy from a leading Australian university in 2007, focusing on outcome measures in neurological disease. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Future Scholarship, which allowed him to collaborate internationally on genomic research.
