Dr Mary Seawright

Dr Mary Seawright is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive healthcare to patients at all stages of life. Dr Seawright began her academic journey with undergraduate studies in science and radiography before pursuing her medical degree. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Queensland, graduating in 1994 as Dux of her year with a university medal. After initially passing her primary radiology examinations in 1997, she chose to focus on family medicine. She subsequently completed her postgraduate training in general practice, obtaining her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2001.

Throughout her career, Dr Seawright has developed a broad range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on women's health and child health, including childhood immunisations. Her expertise also spans family planning, mental health support, men's health, and preventative care such as skin checks and travel vaccinations.
