Dr Mandy Fletcher

Dr Mandy Fletcher is a highly dedicated Consultant General Paediatrician who provides comprehensive medical care for children from birth through to sixteen years of age. With a reassuring and patient-centred approach, she is committed to supporting the health, development, and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. Dr Fletcher has a broad range of clinical interests, with particular expertise in neonatal care, general paediatric medicine, and developmental and behavioural paediatrics.

Dr Fletcher completed her undergraduate medical degree (MBBCh) at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Following her relocation to Australia, she undertook extensive specialist paediatric training at a major children's hospital in Sydney, ultimately achieving her paediatric fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). She is an active member of several prominent professional organisations, including the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australia (NBPSA), the Association for Research in Infant and Child Development (ARCID), and the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Fletcher is deeply passionate about medical education and training the next generation of healthcare professionals. She serves as an Advance Paediatric Life Support Instructor and is an Examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians paediatric clinical examinations. Her diverse clinical background also encompasses vital work in paediatric retrieval and paediatric emergency medicine, ensuring she is highly skilled in managing acute and complex medical situations.
