Dr Malanie Hettiarachchi

Dr Malanie Hettiarachchi is a clinical immunologist and allergist. Dr Hettiarachchi obtained their Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka. They then went on to complete their Australian Medical Council certificate in 2004 and obtained their Internal Medicine Fellowship qualification from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, with a subspecialty in clinical Immunology and Allergy in 2014.

Dr Hettiarachchi is also a conjoint lecturer at the University of Newcastle and a member of the Academy of Clinical Educators (ACE). They are a member of the Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA).
