Dr Lucy Ryan

Dr Lucy Ryan is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. She believes in working in partnership with her patients to achieve their unique health goals, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their medical journey. With a focus on empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence, Dr Ryan delivers evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs of each patient she treats.

Dr Ryan completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science before going on to study medicine, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 2008. Demonstrating a strong commitment to postgraduate training, she obtained a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2009. She achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. Additionally, Dr Ryan is an active member of the Australasian Menopause Society, keeping up to date with the latest research and emerging data in her fields of interest.

While highly skilled in all aspects of General Practice, Dr Ryan has a particular clinical interest in women's health, perinatal care, and children's health. She provides expert guidance on menstrual cycle concerns, sexual health screening, cervical cancer screening, and preconception planning. As an accredited Shared Antenatal Care Provider, she supports women through pregnancy and childbirth, offering comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care. Her holistic approach also encompasses hormonal health and menopause support, helping women navigate different stages of life with confidence and comfort.
