Dr Lu-Ann Chan

Dr Lu-Ann Chan is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. She enjoys the full breadth and variety of family medicine, working closely with patients of all ages to support their long-term health and well-being. Dr Chan believes in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with her patients, utilising clear communication and empathy to deliver personalised healthcare solutions.

Dr Chan completed her medical education at the University of Adelaide, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She then went on to gain invaluable clinical experience across a diverse range of medical specialties while working in various hospitals throughout Adelaide and Brisbane. In 2014, she achieved her professional qualification as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her high standards of clinical training and expertise.

With a strong focus on preventative healthcare, Dr Chan has developed key clinical interests in women's health, antenatal care, and child health. She is highly experienced in managing chronic diseases, helping patients navigate complex health journeys with tailored management plans. Additionally, her clinical practice encompasses specialised treatments, including iron infusions and Zoledronic Acid (Aclasta) infusions, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients' diverse medical needs.
