Dr Liselle Fernandes

Dr Liselle Fernandes is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. With a warm and reassuring approach, she focuses on working collaboratively with her patients to support and improve their long-term health and wellbeing. Dr Fernandes enjoys consulting on all aspects of General Practice, providing comprehensive and holistic medical care to individuals and families within the Diamond Creek community.

Dr Fernandes began her academic journey by completing a Bachelor of Pharmacy at Monash University, which provided her with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical care. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University in 2014. Following her medical studies, she completed several years of residency training to gain diverse clinical experience before undertaking specialised training in General Practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, having achieved this professional membership in 2020.

In addition to her broad expertise in General Practice, Dr Fernandes has a strong clinical interest in women's health and paediatrics. She holds a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, which equips her with advanced skills in managing women's reproductive health and pregnancy care. Furthermore, she is certified to perform Implanon insertion and removal, offering patients reliable contraceptive options. Her thorough approach ensures that patients of all ages receive personalised and supportive care.
