Dr Lisa Chapman

Dr Lisa Chapman is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who specialises in travel medicine. Reassuring and professional, she is passionate about preparing travellers for their upcoming journeys, ensuring they are fully equipped with the necessary health advice and preventative care. Dr Chapman welcomes all types of travellers, whether they are embarking on a holiday for leisure, setting off on an adventurous expedition, or travelling abroad for work.

With a deep interest in wilderness and tropical medicine, Dr Chapman has actively pursued advanced training in challenging environments. She has trekked the high-altitude Salkantay and Inca trails in Peru as part of an Altitude and Expedition Medicine Course. Additionally, she has travelled to remote communities and healthcare facilities in East and West Africa, participating in specialised Tropical Medicine Courses to gain invaluable, first-hand experience in managing tropical infectious diseases. Beyond travel consultations, she also conducts employment-related medical assessments and is registered as an Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) Registered Doctor.

Dr Chapman holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
