Dr Hantom commenced her medical education with a dual degree, completing her initial three years of study at the University of St Andrews, where she earned her Bachelor of Science. She subsequently completed her medical training at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, qualifying in 2002. To further her clinical capabilities, she obtained a Diplomate of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. Upon moving to Australia, she attained professional recognition as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of primary care.
