Paediatric (Pediatric) Consultation

My GP suggested an appointment with Caroline South for my child’s anaemia and fussy eating.  I was able to quickly secure an appointment.  Caroline was friendly and thorough and provided excellent advice.  With the iron supplement and other tips suggested by Caroline, my child is thriving and his fussy eating has improved beyond what I thought was possible.

Excellent- can’t fault any of my specialists nor the staff 

Colitis (Ulcerative Colitis)

Overall, my experience with this practice has been good.  The staff are friendly and the practice is professionally run.

Wait times are less than ideal - I now only have Zoom consultations so I can at least work while I wait. 

There seems to be an aversion to technology - e.g. scripts are posted, pathology forms are scanned and emailed.

If only we could give a higher star rating above and beyond 5. Amanda has a kind and welcoming aura that makes a potentially anxiety driven consultation much calmer. She is both knowledgeable and clearly passionate about not only our child’s health but ours as well. As parents, sometimes all we need is to be heard, and Amanda is an impeccable listener. Life is much easier with a great Paediatrician.
