Dr Justine Wang

Dr Justine Wang is an experienced Consultant Neurologist who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. With a patient-centred approach, she focuses on delivering thorough assessments and tailored treatment plans to support her patients' long-term health and well-being. Her clinical expertise is matched by her reassuring manner, helping patients feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Wang completed her medical education at the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Medicine) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a Member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists. Committed to academic excellence, she also serves as a Conjoint Lecturer at her alma mater and has published research in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Her postgraduate training includes specialist training in neurology and a clinical neurophysiology fellowship at prominent metropolitan teaching hospitals. In 2014, she was awarded a prestigious overseas fellowship by the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists, which enabled her to undertake advanced training at a world-renowned neurological centre in London, United Kingdom. During her time abroad, she gained extensive experience in neuroinflammation, multiple sclerosis, neuro-ophthalmology, and autonomic disorders, and subsequently served as a Senior Clinical Neuromuscular Fellow.

In addition to her private consulting work, Dr Wang holds appointments as a Staff Specialist, Visiting Medical Officer, and Honorary Medical Officer at several major public and private hospitals, where she runs specialised muscle and nerve clinics. She is highly skilled in all aspects of clinical neurophysiology, including nerve conduction studies, electromyography, repetitive nerve stimulation, single fibre electromyography, and electroencephalography. Dr Wang is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing her to effectively communicate with and support a diverse patient community.
