Dr Jun Mai is a highly dedicated and compassionate Nephrologist who provides comprehensive care to patients experiencing a wide range of kidney-related conditions. Dr Mai completed her medical degree at The University of New South Wales, obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and a Bachelor of Science (Medicine). She subsequently undertook her comprehensive Physician training and completed advanced training in Nephrology at several leading teaching hospitals. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, reflecting her high standards of clinical excellence and ongoing commitment to her specialist field.

With a broad range of expertise, Dr Mai has developed particular clinical interests in managing hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and glomerulonephritis. She is highly skilled in dialysis management, with a specific focus on home-based therapies that offer patients greater independence. Additionally, Dr Mai is actively involved in clinical research and guidelines development; she co-authored the Australian and New Zealand clinical guidelines for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, contributing valuable insights to the wider medical community.
