Dr Liang obtained her medical degree, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), from the National University of Singapore. After graduating, she began her career in Singapore, where she successfully managed a busy family practice originally established by her father. She later relocated to Australia, where she continues to offer high-quality primary care as a General Practitioner in Tyabb, Victoria.
