Dr. Joshua Dass

Associate Professor Joshua Dass is a highly dedicated Radiation Oncologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients navigating cancer diagnoses. With a clinical focus on delivering precise and advanced radiation therapies, he is committed to tailoring individualised treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Dr. Dass works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive support and the highest standard of oncological care throughout their treatment journey.

Dr. Dass obtained his primary medical qualifications in Ireland and the United Kingdom, earning a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics from the National University of Ireland, alongside Licentiates from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He subsequently completed his specialist training in Radiation Oncology at a leading cancer institution in Victoria. Committed to continuous learning and healthcare leadership, he also holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Health Management from the University of New South Wales. Dr. Dass is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and maintains active memberships with several prestigious organisations, including the Royal College of Radiologists in the United Kingdom, the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology, and the Paediatric Radiation Oncology Society.

Throughout his career, Dr. Dass has maintained a strong interest in clinical research, quality improvement, and medical education. He serves as a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Examiner, helping to shape the next generation of medical professionals. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of malignancies, with particular interests in stereotactic therapies, paediatric oncology, and specialised brachytherapy. He actively participates in national and international clinical trials, contributing to advancements in cancer treatment and ensuring his patients benefit from the latest evidence-based protocols.
