Hi I am 76 I had right hip replaced in February and left hip replaced in August. Both successful ops. In hospital 3 nights first time and 2 nights second time.The first op I was walking with out crutch after 2 weeks ( I should have kept the crutches a bit longer)The second 16 days later I am walking and improving everyday.. Still on some pain killers but nothing like before op. I am very happy with my results.
Dr Hellman explained everything very clearly. He visited daily post surgery and answered all my questions. I was skeptical about having surgery so young but Dr Hellman reassured me the entire process.
I found Dr Hellman listended to my concerns and gave me the advice I needed for the best outcome for my surgery.

Maybe reflective of how busy he appeared to be. The overall experience was very professional, caring and as expected.
Jorgen performed my RHS full hip replacement about 13 years ago. I was only 43 and the result was amazing, recently I returned for a check up and it is still going well and I have no problem at all. Recommend Jorgen and the team to anyone that is considering surgery.
Dr Hellman was very professional and friendly. He told me exactly what was going to happen with any problems that may come up including post surgery pain. Although I am still experiencing pain and stiffness I'm hoping that will be lessening in the next few months.
