Dr Jorge Zavala is a highly skilled and dedicated Neurologist based in Malvern, Australia. Dr Zavala completed his medical degree in 2000 at a prominent university in Brazil, where he also undertook his initial specialist training. In 2011, he achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists. Additionally, he completed a Stroke Research Fellowship at a leading national stroke research institute in Victoria, working under the guidance of world-renowned experts in the field.

Throughout his career, Dr Zavala has developed extensive experience in managing a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, with particular interests in stroke management, epilepsy, headaches, and multiple sclerosis.
