Dr Jonathan Snider

Dr Jonathan Snider is a highly regarded Consultant Physician and Nephrologist who dedicatedly manages all aspects of adult nephrological medicine. With a patient-centred approach, he provides comprehensive care for individuals experiencing complex kidney conditions. His clinical practice is focused on delivering reassuring, evidence-based treatments to help patients navigate their renal health journeys with confidence.

In his specialist practice, Dr Snider addresses a broad spectrum of renal disorders, including acute and chronic kidney disease, fluid and electrolyte imbalances, and the management of dialysis and kidney transplantation. Beyond his focus on Nephrology, he possesses extensive expertise in general medicine. He regularly manages a wide variety of general medical problems, including those requiring acute inpatient care, perioperative care, and the long-term management of chronic general medical issues.

Dr Snider completed his medical education at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours in 1983. He subsequently obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, he is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
