Dr Joan Frangue

Dr Joan Frangue is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical background spanning multiple healthcare systems, she is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families. Dr Frangue gained valuable experience working as a Staff Grade Doctor in the United Kingdom before relocating to complete her basic physician training, subsequently transitioning to private practice where she continues to deliver high-quality, holistic medical care.

Dr Frangue obtained her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas in 1999. Following her international training, she completed her basic physician training and earned her Australian Medical Council certification in 2008. Demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of general medicine, she was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Frangue has developed a wide range of clinical interests to address the diverse needs of her patients. She is particularly passionate about women's and men's health, family planning, and ante-natal care. Her practice also focuses on chronic disease management, including diabetes management, as well as aged care, skin checks, minor surgery, and palliative care.
