Dr Jeremy Chan

Dr Jeremy Chan is a dedicated and highly qualified General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a reassuring and professional approach, he is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life. Dr Chan has a broad interest in all aspects of family medicine, ensuring that his patients receive holistic and personalised healthcare tailored to their unique needs.

His clinical interests span a wide range of medical areas, with a particular focus on children's health and men's health. Dr Chan is highly skilled in performing minor surgical procedures, such as ingrown toenail repairs, cyst removals, and skin cancer biopsies, as well as managing simple fractures and plastering. Additionally, he provides essential preventative care services, including heart health checks, iron infusions, skin cancer checks, and the insertion and removal of Implanon implantable contraceptives. He is also able to assist with the ongoing management of ADHD medications once a patient has been stabilised by a Psychiatrist.

Dr Chan is a locally trained medical professional with an extensive academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce alongside a Bachelor of Science with Honours, which he completed prior to pursuing his medical training. He subsequently earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, and went on to obtain a Diploma in Child Health to further his expertise in paediatric care. Dr Chan is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence in general practice.
