Dr Jacob Kwak

Dr Kwak is a dedicated and highly qualified physician who specialises in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine. They hold an MBBS degree from the University of New South Wales and have undergone extensive post-graduate training at several leading hospitals in Australia.

They are a passionate advocate for holistic care and integrate their expertise in both fields to provide compassionate and patient-centred care. Their approach is designed to optimise function and improve quality of life for their patients.

In addition to their clinical work, Dr Kwak is also actively involved in teaching and clinical education, mentoring physician trainees, medical students, nursing and allied health members. Their research interests include pharmacology in the older population, as well as clinician-family communication. Dr Kwak is committed to improving the quality of life of their patients and to advancing the practice of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine through research, education and compassionate care.
