Dr Ingrid Ann Kensey

Dr Ingrid Ann Kensey is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. With a strong passion for relational and integrative primary care, she adopts a holistic approach that addresses the physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of health. Dr Kensey believes in walking alongside her patients through all stages of life, offering comprehensive support from birth to end-of-life care. Her reassuring and empathetic manner ensures that patients feel heard, valued, and supported in their healthcare journeys.

In her clinical practice, Dr Kensey has developed a diverse range of clinical specialities, with a particular focus on women's health, paediatrics, and palliative medicine. She is highly skilled in utilising Fertility Awareness Methods and Restorative Reproductive Medicine to manage various reproductive health issues, including fertility, infertility, menopause, and neuroendocrine disorders such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder. Additionally, she provides expert care in managing cyclic vomiting syndrome and menstrual migraines. Her extensive training also encompasses crisis pregnancy counselling and child health, allowing her to deliver comprehensive, family-focused medical care.

Dr Kensey completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honours at the University of Sydney before pursuing her medical training. She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the Australian National University in 2014. Committed to continuous professional development, she obtained a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney in 2021 and completed a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine. Dr Kensey is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, having achieved her fellowship in 2021. She is also an active member of the Australasian Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine, reflecting her dedication to evidence-based, restorative approaches to reproductive health.
