Dr Hue Thi Tran

Dr Hue Thi Tran is a dedicated and highly compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong belief in the importance of continuity of care, she serves as a trusted Family Doctor across multiple generations, supporting patients from pre-natal stages through to senior years. Dr Thi Tran is committed to delivering warm, holistic, and evidence-based medical care to individuals of all ages, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention tailored to their unique health needs.

In her clinical practice, Dr Thi Tran has developed a diverse range of special interests, with a particular focus on women's health and skin cancer management. Her expertise encompasses contraception, cervical screening, and antenatal shared care, alongside paediatric care and childhood vaccinations. Additionally, she is skilled in performing skin checks and minor surgical procedures, including spot checks and mole removals. As an accredited Hepatitis B s100 Prescriber, she also provides specialised management for chronic conditions.

Dr Thi Tran completed her medical education with a Bachelor of Science (Medicine) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours. She furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining a Master of Medicine. Dr Thi Tran is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. To complement her general practice expertise, she has completed advanced training, including a Certificate of Sexual and Reproductive Health from Family Planning Australia, a Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Surgery from the University of Queensland, and a Hepatitis B s100 Prescriber Course through the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine.
