Dr Han Lim

Dr Han Lim is a dedicated and proactive General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals of all ages. Known for his warm, sincere personality and exceptional communication skills, Dr Lim focuses on delivering holistic healthcare that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of his patients. He has a particular interest in supporting patients through complex health journeys, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs.

Dr Lim completed his medical education at the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2009. He went on to undertake specialist training in general practice, achieving his qualification as a Specialist General Practitioner in 2014. Demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning, Dr Lim has obtained numerous postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Child Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology, and master's degrees in science and aesthetic medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP). Additionally, he contributes to the medical community as an Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

With a passion for managing complex conditions, Dr Lim has completed advanced training in palliative care and pain medicine, culminating in a palliative care fellowship and a chronic pain fellowship in 2024. He combines his strong foundation in general practice with these advanced specialist skills to offer comprehensive support for chronic pain management and end-stage illness, focusing on enhancing his patients' quality of life. His diverse clinical expertise also extends to minor surgical procedures, mental health support, dermatology, child health, and aesthetic medicine.
