Dr Glenn Peter Bilsborrow

Dr Glenn Peter Bilsborrow is a registered clinical psychologist. They are a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and have published several research articles. Their approach to treatment is evidence-based, collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. They work with clients in a grounded and empathetic manner, free from judgement. Their training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy.

They have also undertaken extensive training in Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT). They have incorporated MiCBT into their practice and are a Research Associate at the MiCBT Institute, where they contribute to mindfulness-related studies.
