Dr Fiona Broderick

Dr Fiona Broderick completed her medical degree with Honours at the University of Melbourne in 1984 and went on to complete her General Practice training in 1990. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a highly experienced GP with over 24 years of practice in a Melbourne city general practice. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation in patient care, with a particular focus on improving systems and outcomes in general practice. She has been recognised through multiple AGPAL awards and received a 2016 Avant Quality Improvement Grant for her contributions to clinical quality improvement.

Her clinical interests include vaccinations, including both general and travel-related immunisations, as well as travel medicine and preventative healthcare. She provides mental health care, including Mental Health Care Plans, and has a strong interest in chronic disease management with an emphasis on active patient involvement and long-term wellbeing. She also works in health assessments, men’s and women’s health, and skin checks, combining preventative care with early detection and ongoing support for patients across all stages of life.
