Dr Farah Yasmin

Dr Farah Yasmin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a reassuring and professional approach, she supports individuals and families through every stage of their health journeys. Dr Yasmin believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and actively involved in their own healthcare decisions.

Dr Yasmin obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Dhaka in 2000. She subsequently earned her certification from the Australian Medical Council (AMC) in 2009 and went on to achieve a Fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). These qualifications reflect her rigorous training and her adherence to the highest standards of clinical excellence in general practice.

Throughout her career, Dr Yasmin has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She specialises in all aspects of general medicine, with a particular focus on family health, women's health, and child and family health. Additionally, she is highly skilled in chronic disease management, mental health support, and Aboriginal health, allowing her to deliver tailored, holistic care to a broad and diverse patient population.
