Dr Emile Brits is a dedicated and highly qualified General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a reassuring and professional approach, he enjoys all aspects of General Practice and is committed to addressing a diverse range of medical concerns. Before transitioning into General Practice, Dr Brits gained extensive clinical experience working across various hospital specialities in rural Australia. This diverse background provided him with a robust foundation in managing complex medical conditions and acute care. His broad clinical focus allows him to confidently support patients of all ages, from young children to older adults, managing both acute illnesses and long-term chronic health conditions.

Dr Brits completed his medical degree at the University of the Free State in South Africa, graduating in 1996. After relocating to Australia, he successfully passed the Australian Medical Board Examination in 2004. Demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of medical practice, he achieved Fellowship with both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in 2005.
