Dr Elsa Liu

Dr Elsa Liu is a General Practitioner practising at World Square Medical Centre in Sydney, New South Wales. She completed her medical degree at Shanghai Second Medical University in 1984 and has worked in hospital settings in both China and Sydney, gaining extensive clinical experience across a broad range of medical disciplines. She holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Liu has undertaken additional training in counselling through the Australian College of Applied Psychology and completed further education in sexual health and reproductive medicine through the Family Planning Association of Australia. She is accredited to provide Antenatal Shared Care with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Her clinical interests include women's health, contraception, antenatal care, chronic disease management, skin conditions, minor surgical procedures, and sexual and reproductive health. She performs Implanon insertion and removal and provides comprehensive general practice care for a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns.

Dr Liu also has experience in cosmetic medicine, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) facial rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and the management of skin conditions such as acne.

Dr Liu speaks Mandarin and Shanghainese.
