Dr Diana Whitehead is a highly dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. In her clinical practice, Dr Whitehead specialises in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of complex mental health conditions. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety disorders, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as depression, eating disorders, and bipolar affective disorder. She is also experienced in supporting patients experiencing psychosis. To facilitate recovery and long-term well-being, she utilises various psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR).

Dr Whitehead completed her medical training, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Following her medical degree, she undertook extensive specialist training and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).
