Dr Darcie Megan Nottage

Dr Darcie Megan Nottage is a dedicated General Practitioner and Rural Generalist who provides comprehensive, compassionate care to patients in regional South Australia. With a strong commitment to delivering equitable and empathetic healthcare, she supports individuals and families across all stages of life. Her practice is characterised by a welcoming, inclusive approach, ensuring that every patient feels safe, respected, and heard.

Dr Nottage holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Additionally, she has obtained a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) to further support her work in paediatric medicine. Alongside her clinical practice, she contributes to the future of the medical profession as a Clinical Lecturer for a prominent South Australian university, where she oversees the education and training of medical students during their regional placements.

Throughout her career, Dr Nottage has developed diverse clinical interests, with a particular focus on inclusive and supportive healthcare. She has completed extended training in emergency medicine at a major metropolitan hospital and has worked extensively across rural hospitals and general practices. Her areas of special interest include LGBTQIA+ health, gender-affirming care, sexual health, and neuro-affirmative care. Notably, she is among the first group of General Practitioners in South Australia accredited to assess individuals for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She also provides specialised services such as cervical screening for the gender-diverse community, supporting self-collection options, and offers guidance in children's health and holistic weight management.
