Dr Daniel Michael Ross Chatfield

Dr Daniel Michael Ross Chatfield is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to patients from all walks of life. Throughout his career, Dr Chatfield has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with particular expertise in Dermatology, Women's Health, and Aesthetic Medicine. He is highly skilled in managing various skin conditions, performing thorough skin cancer checks, and utilising advanced dermoscopy techniques. His broad scope of practice also encompasses lifestyle medicine, cardiovascular health, sexual health, immunisations, and paediatric care. By integrating general practice with specialised knowledge in skin health and preventative care, he provides a well-rounded and reassuring approach to patient wellness.

Dr Chatfield completed his extensive medical training in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Hull and York Medical School in 2014. Committed to continuous professional development, he went on to obtain a Diploma in Women's Health from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2017, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from Barts and the London Medical School, Queen Mary University, in 2018. He achieved Membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners in London in 2019 and completed a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies at MATA Harley Street in 2022. Upon relocating, he became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023 and earned an Advanced Clinical Certificate in Dermoscopy from the Skin Cancer College Australasia in 2024.
