Dr Daniel Lin

Dr Daniel Lin is a highly regarded Consultant General Paediatrician and Associate Professor who provides comprehensive, compassionate care for infants, children, and adolescents. He is dedicated to supporting families through every stage of their child's growth, managing a broad spectrum of paediatric conditions ranging from simple childhood illnesses to chronic, complex medical issues. With a reassuring and patient-centred approach, Dr Lin focuses on delivering timely, high-quality diagnostic and management plans tailored to the unique needs of each young patient.

As an experienced Consultant, Dr Lin has developed particular clinical interests in neonatal care, allergic diseases, and developmental and behavioural disorders, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He is also highly skilled in managing conditions such as hip dysplasia. His commitment to paediatric medicine extends beyond clinical practice; he is actively involved in medical education, teaching Medical Students and training overseas-trained Doctors to help shape the future of paediatric healthcare.

Dr Lin completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at The University of Sydney in 1990, where he also obtained a Diploma of Child Health. He completed his specialist paediatric training in Sydney and was recognised as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in the Division of Paediatrics. Committed to continuous professional development, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Education from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Allergic Diseases from Western Sydney University. Dr Lin is an active member of several prestigious professional organisations, including the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy, the Association for Medical Education in Europe, and the Australian Paediatric Life Support group.
