Dr Catherine Adele Howell is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner and Therapist who specialises in mental health, psychotherapy, and wellbeing. With a clinical approach that is deeply holistic, she focuses on the connection between body, mind, and spirit to help patients navigate life's challenges and achieve a state of flourishing. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr Adele Howell has made significant contributions to the medical community and public health as an Educator and Author. She served as a Medical Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force, where she was awarded the Conspicuous Service Medal for her exemplary service. In recognition of her outstanding service to medicine, particularly in the field of mental health, she was also awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia. As an accomplished Author, she has published several highly regarded books on stress management, anxiety, and women's mental health, sharing practical tools and insights to empower individuals on their path to recovery and personal growth.

Dr Adele Howell possesses an extensive academic background, having initially qualified as an Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Applied Science before pursuing her medical training. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Flinders University and subsequently completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine, focusing her doctoral research on depression. Additionally, she holds a Master of Health Service Management and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. Dr Adele Howell is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has served as the President of the Australian College of Psychological Medicine. She also contributes to the training of future healthcare professionals as a visiting Lecturer at the University of Adelaide and as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
