Dr Cameron Peter Day

Dr Cameron Day is a dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. He adopts a holistic approach to healthcare, blending conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to support his patients' overall well-being. By focusing on prevention and lifestyle interventions, Dr Day works collaboratively with individuals to address the root causes of their health concerns rather than merely managing symptoms.

Dr Day obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) from Flinders University. Committed to expanding his clinical expertise, he completed a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Medicine and achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). To further his understanding of holistic health, Dr Day undertook extensive studies in nutritional and environmental medicine through the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). He has also completed specialised training in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, and Visceral Manipulation through the Upledger and Barral Institutes, allowing him to evaluate physical dysfunction from a whole-body perspective.

In his clinical practice, Dr Day focuses on a wide range of complex and chronic conditions. He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine, offering advanced treatments such as prolotherapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. His integrative approach is highly beneficial for patients suffering from chronic neck and back pain, headaches, migraines, traumatic head injuries, and concussion. Additionally, Dr Day provides support for stress and tension-related issues, fatigue, fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome. He has also undertaken further training in plant-based medicine and medicinal cannabis to assist patients in these emerging therapeutic areas.
