Dr Brian Jacobs

Dr Brian Jacobs is an experienced and compassionate senior psychiatrist who now works full-time in private practice. Dr Jacobs completed their specialisation in psychiatry in London, where they obtained advanced training certificates (CCT's) in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry. They then pursued special interests in Individual Psychotherapy, Group Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Dr Jacobs also has interests in Cognitive Assessment, Complex Trauma recovery and workplace issues including bullying. Dr Jacobs has a particular interest in psychotherapeutic treatment that is informed by holistic (bio-psycho-social-spiritual) mental health assessment and recovery management that incorporates evidence-based treatments.
