Dr Dutta completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Jammu in 2002. She later earned a Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics in India, further enhancing her clinical capabilities. After relocating to Australia, she obtained her Australian Medical Council (AMC) certificate in 2013 and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2016.
