Dr Anthony Whelan

Dr Anthony Whelan is a highly regarded Respiratory Medicine Specialist and Physician who is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of lung and chest conditions. With a reassuring and professional approach, he focuses on diagnosing and managing complex respiratory disorders, helping patients achieve better lung health and an improved quality of life.

Dr Whelan completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney in 1979. Demonstrating a commitment to clinical excellence, he went on to achieve his fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 1986, becoming a Fellow of the college. Alongside his clinical practice, he has contributed to the education of future medical professionals as a Senior Lecturer in rural clinical education.
