Dr Anita Willaton

Dr Anita Willaton is a dedicated and highly qualified General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a compassionate and reassuring approach, she supports patients across all ages and life stages, helping them achieve optimal health outcomes. As a General Practitioner, Dr Willaton is committed to delivering holistic medical care, focusing on preventative health and long-term wellness.

Dr Willaton completed her medical degree at Monash University in 1987. Following her graduation, she pursued further postgraduate training, obtaining a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Diploma of Child Health in London. In 1994, she achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is also accredited to provide shared antenatal care, collaborating with major maternity hospitals to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journeys.

Throughout her career, Dr Willaton has developed a diverse range of clinical interests. She specialises in women's health, paediatrics, and shared pregnancy care, offering expert guidance from preconception through to early childhood. Additionally, she is highly skilled in chronic disease management, travel medicine, and aged care. Her thorough and empathetic approach ensures that patients receive personalised treatment plans tailored to their unique health requirements.
