Dr Andrew Gerber

Dr Andrew Gerber is a highly dedicated Dentist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred dental care. With a reassuring and gentle approach, he focuses on creating a comfortable, stress-free environment for all his patients. Dr Gerber has a particular interest in restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and beautiful smiles. His clinical focus also extends to advanced areas of dental care, including neuromuscular dentistry, airway management, and facial growth development orthodontics.

In addition to general dental care, Dr Gerber is highly trained in managing complex conditions such as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and sleep-related breathing issues, including snoring and sleep apnoea. He has undertaken extensive postgraduate studies with leading international institutions, including the Las Vegas Institute, the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre, and the Facial Beauty Institute. This advanced training equips him with the specialised knowledge required to assist patients suffering from acute and chronic jaw pain, airway issues, and developmental concerns. He is also one of the few Dentists trained to offer advanced implant solutions, such as custom titanium frameworks, for patients with limited bone structure.

Dr Gerber graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 1994. Following his graduation, he served for two years as a Dental Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force before transitioning into private practice. Committed to continuous professional development, he has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics through The OrthoEd Institute and has been recognised as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr Gerber is an active member of the Australian Dental Association and has also been contracted by major dental supply companies to provide clinical training to other Dentists.
