Dr Anandi Sivapragasam

Dr Anandi Sivapragasam is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. She believes in building strong, respectful, and positive relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. With a broad clinical focus, she delivers comprehensive primary care tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families.

Dr Sivapragasam completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at a medical college in India in 2004. Following her graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working at a hospital in the United Kingdom. She relocated to Australia in 2006, where she continued her medical career across both hospital and general practice environments in rural and metropolitan Victoria. In 2015, she achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her high standard of clinical expertise.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Sivapragasam has developed a wide range of clinical interests. She is particularly passionate about women's health, family planning, and paediatrics, offering services such as cervical screening and the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants. Additionally, she is highly experienced in chronic disease management, travel medicine, and refugee and migrant health, ensuring that diverse patient populations receive thorough and empathetic medical attention.
