Dr Amanda Griffiths

Dr Amanda Griffiths is a Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Physician who provides care for infants, children, and adolescents aged 0–18 years. She consults privately at Cabrini Sleep Unit and Offspring Child Health Specialists in Hawthorn, Melbourne.

Dr Griffiths holds qualifications including MBBS, BMedSc, and FRACP. She manages a range of paediatric sleep and respiratory conditions, including obstructive sleep apnoea, narcolepsy, hypersomnia disorders, behavioural sleep disorders, and children requiring respiratory support during sleep. Her respiratory practice also includes the assessment and management of chronic bronchitis, suppurative lung diseases, difficult asthma, complex airway disorders, and restrictive lung disease.

She currently holds a public appointment at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, where she serves as Head of Sleep Medicine and Director of the Sleep Unit. She also holds honorary appointments with the Austin Hospital, the University of Melbourne, and the Murdoch Children's Research Institute.

Dr Griffiths is involved in collaborative clinical research through her hospital and academic appointments. She is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the Australasian Sleep Association.
