Dr Allison Ward

Dr Allison Ward is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a warm and reassuring approach, she supports individuals and families through all stages of life, focusing on preventative health and long-term well-being. Dr Ward believes in fostering strong doctor-patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and clear communication, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported in their healthcare journey.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Ward has developed a broad range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on family medicine. She is highly experienced in women's health, child's health, and aged care, offering tailored support for patients of all ages. Her clinical expertise also extends to the management of chronic diseases and mental health issues. Additionally, she performs various minor surgical procedures, including the excision of skin lesions, skin cancer surgical treatments, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants.

Dr Ward completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Sydney. To further her clinical expertise, she obtained a Diploma of Paediatrics and a Diploma of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She is vocationally registered with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Ward is deeply passionate about general practice teaching and is actively involved in continuing professional development to ensure she remains at the forefront of medical advancements.
